Processing range

1. The small-wire irradiation system can be used to process wires, cables and heat-shrinkable sleeves with a diameter of less than 15 mm. It can also irradiate strip materials with a width of less than 35 mm. The maximum linear speed of a single machine can reach 400 m/min.

2. The large wire irradiation system can be used for the irradiation processing of soft wires, cables and heat-shrinkable mother tubes under 40mm. The maximum linear speed of a single machine is 120 m/min.

3. One radiation car, static test, dosage accuracy can reach 0.3kGy. It can carry out high-precision dosage test for new materials and new products, assist product trial-manufacture and research and development, and also can irradiate sheet shaped materials.

The company is equipped with special testing instruments, which can inspect the processed products and ensure the irradiation quality.
